Questions
What are Core Web Vitals?
Three numbers Google uses to measure page experience: LCP for loading, INP for responsiveness and CLS for visual stability. A page passes when at least 75% of visits are good on all three.
Why don’t I see real-user data?
Google only publishes it for pages and sites with enough Chrome visitors. Without it, the lab test still shows where the page is slow.
Why test on mobile?
Google ranks with mobile data first, and phones are usually slower. You can switch to desktop before you start.
Do Core Web Vitals affect rankings?
Yes, as one of many signals. Good content still matters most, but between similar pages, the faster one has the edge, and visitors stay longer.
